html5 console问题

登录时采用html5 console方式，配置路由器时，点击路由器打开后没多久出现"[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.04)]CONNECTION ERROR"错误。错误内容是"An internal error has occurred within the Guacamole server, and the connection has been terminated. If the problem persists, please notify your system administrator, or check your system logs.”请问是什么原因？

eve-ng版本是社区版2.0.3-95，使用Chrome浏览器登录时会出现上面的错误，在Firefox中没有出现上面的错误。
